Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and expand the market for Coconut Kitchen Essentials Stainless Steel Vessels across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will visit retail stores, build strong customer relationships, generate sales, and ensure timely order placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, kitchenware dealers, and distributors across Tamil Nadu.
- Promote and sell Coconut Kitchen Essentials stainless steel vessels.
- Take orders from dealers and retailers and ensure accurate order booking.
- Develop new customers and expand the dealer network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for order fulfillment.
- Collect market feedback and submit daily visit reports.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up with customers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, kitchenware, utensils, home appliances, or retail sales (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Tamil Nadu.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone applications.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
