Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, order processing, and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn about the FMCG and food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and order execution.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain sales records.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch by coordinating with production and dispatch teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales-related information.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and dealers for order management.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice and payment follow-ups.
- Support new product launches, promotional activities, and exhibitions.
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and customer communications.
- Learn about the company's sauce products, pricing, and product specifications to assist customers effectively.
- Perform other sales and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of customer service.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
