Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients, providing product quotations, and managing ongoing follow-ups with both customers and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Customer Relationship Management: Actively contact existing and potential retail/wholesale customers to drive sales across Kannur and Kasaragod districts.
- Quotations & Inquiries: Prepare and present product quotations promptly to clients based on their order requirements.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with customers regarding quotes, pending orders, and payment statuses.
- Vendor Coordination: Maintain close communication with suppliers and vendors to align product availability and delivery schedules.
- Field Visits: Visit retail outlets, stationery shops, and supermarkets within the assigned territory.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in wholesale, FMCG, stationery, or retail sales is preferred.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling across assigned districts.
- Communication: Good communication skills in Malayalam (English or Kannada is a plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, customer-handling, and basic phone/computer skills.
