Role: Drone Mechanical Assembly Technician
Drone Mechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, fitting, inspecting, and testing mechanical components used in agricultural spray drones. The role involves working with drone frames, motors, landing gear, tanks, pumps, pipes, and other mechanical components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibility & Deliverables:
- Assemble drone frames and mechanical components as per assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Install and fit motors, landing gear, tanks, pumps, pipes, nozzles, brackets, and other mechanical parts.
- Perform mechanical fitting, fastening, tightening, and alignment of drone components.
- Inspect assembled drones for loose connections, improper fitting, misalignment, and mechanical defects.
- Perform basic mechanical and functional checks of assembled drones.
- Maintain proper assembly records and follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
Skills Required:
- Basic mechanical assembly and fitting skills.
- Ability to use hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers, Allen keys, pliers, and torque wrenches.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify loose, damaged, or incorrectly fitted components.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new mechanical assembly techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge Required:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components, fasteners, brackets, bearings, pipes, and fittings.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and fitting procedures.
- Familiarity with common workshop and hand tools.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools such as vernier calipers and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of agricultural spray drones and their mechanical components.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and quality inspection procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI (Fitter/Mechanic), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply. Training will be provided by the company.
- Candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, machinery, automobile, or drone assembly will have an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and assembly instructions is preferred.
- Candidates should have a willingness to learn drone manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
