Details JD-
- Design and Development experience on CPM/Console (Plastic) parts .
- Take full ownership of the parts.
- Negotiation with the styling by developing the feasibility section and feeding back to the OEM.
- Development of fit and finish sections. Developing location concepts.
- Understand product specs and support design engineers in development of the parts.
- Submit timely schedules and technical reports in support of projects. Work to achieve project goals and satisfy quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Negotiation with Client on daily basis, conducting design reviews at regular intervals.
- Assist the manufacturing team in achieving cost targets and engineering process improvements, meeting production schedules, and resolving technical production problems. Responsible for resolving the issues raised during vehicle build.
- Guiding design engineers for design changes at client site as well as offshore India
- Responsible for the design changes for the issues identified and Incorporation of those changes on the parts.
