Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all engineering systems within the mall during night shift operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, HVAC, fire & safety, water treatment, and building services systems to ensure uninterrupted and safe mall operations.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Systems
- Operate and maintain power distribution systems, including:
- Transformers
- Diesel Generators (DG Sets)
- HT Panels
- LT Panels
- ACB (Air Circuit Breakers)
- VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breakers)
- Other electrical switchgear and protection systems
- Monitor electrical loads and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Attend breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance activities.
HVAC Systems
- Operate and maintain:
- Central Air Conditioning Systems
- VRV/VRF Units
- Chillers (if applicable)
- AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
- Ensure optimum performance and energy efficiency of HVAC equipment.
Fire & Safety Systems
- Monitor and maintain fire detection and firefighting systems.
- Ensure readiness of fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate emergency response during incidents.
Building Management & Security Systems
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with security and facility teams regarding operational issues.
Water & Wastewater Management
- Operate and maintain:
- WTP (Water Treatment Plant)
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
- Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory requirements.
Maintenance & Compliance
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain engineering logs, reports, and shift records.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall operating standards.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in malls, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, IT parks, or large facilities.
- Hands-on experience in electrical distribution, HVAC systems, fire & safety systems, WTP/STP operations, and facility maintenance.
License Requirement
- Valid Electrical Supervisor/Contractor C License preferred.
- Candidates who have already applied for a C License and are awaiting approval may also be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
