job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Pilates studios, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional member experience, and consistent service delivery across locations. The role involves managing studio operations, monitoring the performance of Instructors and Lead Instructors, ensuring adherence to SOPs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and operational planning skills, with a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
Management Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all Pilates studios. Monitor opening and closing procedures across studios. Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company policies. Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and equipment servicing.
Instructor & Lead Instructor Management
Supervise and monitor the performance of Instructors and Lead Instructors. Ensure adherence to class schedules and operational discipline. Review instructor productivity, punctuality, grooming, and professionalism. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Work closely with Lead Instructors to maintain consistency in class quality. Ensure instructors follow prescribed teaching methodologies and safety protocols.
Quality & Member Experience
- Ensure every member receives a premium studio experience. Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives. Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain high service standards across all studios. Ensure instructors maintain excellent client engagement and retention.
Scheduling & Resource Planning
- Coordinate instructor rosters and shift planning. Manage leave planning and backup arrangements. Coordinate studio capacity planning for classes and private sessions.
Compliance & SOP Implementation
- Ensure implementation of all operational policies and procedures. Monitor adherence to safety guidelines and emergency protocols. Conduct periodic compliance checks across studios. Maintain operational documentation and records.
Cross Functional Coordination Coordinate with: HR for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and performance management. Marketing Team for promotional campaigns and studio events. Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and trainers
Reporting & MIS Prepare and submit
: Weekly Studio Performance Report Daily Operations Report Monthly Instructor Performance Report Attendance & Punctuality Report Member Feedback Analysis Operational Audit Reports
Team Leadership
- Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture. Conduct regular team meetings with Lead Instructors. Motivate teams to achieve operational excellence. Mentor and coach future leaders within the instructor team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field
. Experience 8 + years of experience in operations management. Experience in the fitness, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury service industry preferred. Prior experience managing multi-location operations is an advantage. Experience leading teams of instructors, trainers, or service professionals.

Working Conditions Six-day working week. Travel between studio locations as required. Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, or peak business hours when necessary.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
