- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products from our offerings.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into orders.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and sales closures.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order processing and client updates.
- Handle objections and provide excellent after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
