Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: o Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings. o Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. o Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Founder. o Prepare materials for meetings and presentations o Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Administrative Support: o Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and handling day-to-day inquiries. o Prepare and submit expense reports and track receipts. o Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. o Accompany visitors to temples or other locations around Madurai as needed Project Coordination: o Help the Founder manage ongoing projects and initiatives. o Track deadlines and ensure follow-up on key tasks. o Liason with Government officials o Organize events, conferences, and team meetings as needed. Personal Support: o Assist with all the personal tasks as required. o Act as a liaison between the Founder and other team members, stakeholders, or external contacts. o Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. o Facilitate monthly charity donations and assist Dr. in supporting those in need Social Media Management: o Maintain founder’s social media pages, ensuring relevant and timely content is posted.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
