Job Overview: We are seeking a responsible and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in supervising staff, ensuring smooth inventory management.
Educational Qualification
· Graduate/Diploma in Business, Management, or related field.
· 1-2 years of retail/store management experience preferred.
· Basic computer knowledge Ms-Word, Ms-Excel etc.
Job Responsibilities
· Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers.
· Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision.
· Support in vendor coordination and billing.
· Ensure staff training and motivation.
· Mainly focus on Inward & outward process.
Skills Required
· FIFO/LIFO Awareness.
· Inventory & stock management
· Communication & interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving & decision-making
· Knowledge of store operations & compliance

- Rotational Shift (Day/Night)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
