Project Head – Hospital Projects
Location: Pune
CTC: ₹15–18 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of hospital construction projects.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MEP knowledge/experience preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in construction project management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in handling civil construction along with MEP coordination (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Medical Gas Pipeline, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contractor management, quality control, and site safety
- Experience in managing projects from planning, execution, and commissioning through to final handover
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and hospital stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
