Job Description – Store Incharge Position
Location-Kapri Depot, Nagpur

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge to manage spare parts and inventory operations at the Kapri Depot, Nagpur. The candidate should have good knowledge of CNG bus parts, automobile spare parts, store management, and inventory control. The role requires coordination with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure smooth depot operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and inventory activities.
- Maintain stock of CNG bus spare parts and automobile components.
- Handle inward and outward material entries.
- Monitor stock availability and maintain minimum inventory levels.
- Prepare GRN, issue slips, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts.
- Maintain records in ERP/SAP/MS Excel.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
- Manage day and night shift store activities as per operational requirements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNG bus parts and automobile spare parts.
- Inventory and warehouse management.
- Vendor and material coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and team handling skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5+ years in automobile/store operations.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred.
- Experience in depot/store management preferred.
Shift Timing-Day / Night Shift
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in bus depot or automobile industry.
- Good understanding of mechanical and automobile components.
- Ability to handle inventory independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
