If you are an energetic and passionate Product Designer with strong expertise in User Experience Design,UX/UI solutions,customer workflows,this role is for you.You will be part of an empowered product triad alongside Product Management and Engineering teams, contributing actively to product discovery, usability testing, delivery, and continuous product improvement.
Experience : 3 + years
Qualification : BE/ME/B.tech/M.tech (EC, Electronics, CS,IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication/Computer Engg) or any related field.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong UI/UX design skills including workflow design, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and user journey mapping.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of User Research methodologies including customer feedback, contextual inquiry, usability testing, workflow analysis, and behavioral research.
- Experience in designing workflow-intensive enterprise applications, dashboards, operational monitoring systems, and real-time user experiences.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, workflow analysis and usability validation activities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, operational UX, dashboard UX, and enterprise workflow optimization principles.
- Would have excellent interpersonal communication capabilities to interact and elicit requirements with Customers/Business owners/PM/other stakeholders, would have fair understanding of SCRUMXP and technology awareness.
Good to have Skills
- Candidates with experience in Video Surveillance Systems (VMS), Access Control Systems, PSIM platforms, IoT ecosystems, AI/Analytics platforms, or Enterprise SaaS products would be preferred.
- Exposure to embedded systems, edge-device ecosystems, and hardware-software integrated product environments would be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Telecom or Security product domain exposure and experience working on workflow-intensive enterprise applications will be preferred.
