We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage the sales process, ensuring high team performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business goals. This role is responsible for driving sales operations, leading revenue function teams, monitoring call center performance, and maintaining key sales metrics to improve team productivity and revenue outcomes.
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, monitor performance through sales conversion ratios and revenue pipelines, handle customer escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process. You will also leverage CRM systems, performance reporting, and coaching to enhance team efficiency while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance improvement guidance.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to improve team performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and departmental metrics.
- Monitor and maintain Sales Conversion Ratios, including Lead-to-Deal and Deal-to-Won performance on an agent-wise basis.
- Maintain and monitor the Agent-wise Revenue Pipeline.
Experience Required
Must Have
- Minimum 7 years of overall work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader role.
- Experience leading Revenue Function teams.
- Experience working in a Call Centre environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a similar industry.
