Roles and Responsibilities
Diagnose and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in heavy vehicles and carry out repairs as per manufacturer standards.
Service and Maintenance: Perform periodic maintenance, preventive servicing, and major overhauls to ensure vehicle reliability and performance.
Quality and Safety: Ensure all repair work is completed with high quality while following safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workshop standards.
Guide and Support Team: Supervise and mentor junior technicians and helpers, providing technical guidance and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently.
Documentation and Customer Support: Maintain accurate job records, report repair status to the Service Advisor/Workshop Manager, and ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
