We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to execute successful brand campaigns across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand requirements
- Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, deliverables, and timelines
- Negotiate commercials and manage campaign budgets
- Brief influencers about brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Track content posting (reels, stories, posts, videos)
- Ensure timely content approvals and campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Maintain influencer database and campaign records
- Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and short-video platforms
- Understanding of influencer marketing trends
- Negotiation and relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Freshers with strong interest in influencer marketing can also apply
Preferred :
- Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle influencers
- Familiarity with influencer tools or CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of campaign analytics
