Job Description - Gymnastic Instructor
Sport Focus Investments Private Limited is the Master Franchisor of The Little Gym USA formore than 7 years. We started our operations with our first centre in October 2014 in Kolkata and grew to more than 20 operating centres prior to the pandemic. We have restarted operations this year and are excited to share that we are now back to 16 centres and our goal is to have 20 centres by this financial year. Our mission is to grow this brand to over 150 centres in the next 5 years. As a company our Vision is to make a difference to a child’s life by developing their confidence.

What would you do?
- He / She will be responsible for conducting the classes according to The Little Gym curriculum.
- He / She should be keen to work with children in fun and nurturing manner
- He / She has the knowledge of the English language or is keen to learn and take class in the Language.
- He / She is expected to talk to the parent in either native or English language to communicate the progress and benefit of the program
- He / She should be eager to learn, stick to curriculum and prepare before taking any class
- He / She should be a team player
- He / She is expected to call or interact with parents to update on their child’s progress and key milestones
- He / She is responsible for documenting Q3 assessment of each child’s progress on the classes
- He / She is responsible for documenting Sales Allocation and Petty Cash.
- He / She is expected to basic calls to parent and check for the child’s absentees
What do you need?
- A person who is trained gymnast and has participated in state or national level games will be an added advantage
- He / She should be keen to work with children in a fun and nurturing manner
- Trained gymnast (State / National level)
- Thorough understanding of gymnast skills and spotting
- Can speak English (or keen to learn)
- Eager to work with young children (2 -12 years)
- Patience and fun loving
- Interest in sports, willing to learn and grow
- Commitment with company for longer period of time

Work days & Timings - Tuesday to Sunday (Work from Office only), 10 to 7 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
