Netwisdome Training Institute is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Java Full Stack Developer Trainer / Faculty to deliver industry-oriented training and prepare students for real-world software development careers.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
✅ Strong knowledge of Core Java (Data Types, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, File Handling)
✅ Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
✅ Good understanding of Advanced Java (Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Lambda Expressions, Streams API)
✅ Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
✅ Knowledge of RESTful API Development using Spring Boot
✅ Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, and Responsive Web Design
✅ Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and DOM Manipulation
✅ Experience with React.js (Components, Hooks, Routing, State Management)
✅ Knowledge of Version Control using Git & GitHub
✅ Strong understanding of SQL and MySQL/PostgreSQL Database Management
✅ Familiarity with CRUD Operations and Database Design
✅ Experience in integrating Frontend with Backend APIs
✅ Understanding of Authentication & Authorization (JWT, Spring Security, Session-Based Authentication)
✅ Knowledge of AJAX, JSON, and API Integration
✅ Experience with Deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Render, Railway, or similar)
✅ Basic understanding of Linux Commands and Server Environment
✅ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology
✅ Ability to build and guide students through Live Projects and Real-Time Applications
✅ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code optimization skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver classroom sessions and practical hands-on laboratory training.
- Conduct industry-oriented training in Java Full Stack Development.
- Guide students in live projects, mini projects, capstone projects, and portfolio development.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and placement drives.
- Develop assignments, coding exercises, lab manuals, and training content.
- Evaluate student performance through coding assessments and practical examinations.
- Keep the curriculum aligned with the latest Java and Full Stack industry trends.
- Mentor students in best coding practices, problem-solving, and software development methodologies.
ELIGIBILITY
✔ BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent

- Electronics Engineering
✔ Industry experience in Java Full Stack Development is preferred.
✔ Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, React.js, REST APIs, SQL, and Git is highly preferred.
✔ Strong practical coding skills and project development experience are encouraged.
✔ Minimum 1 year of teaching or industry experience preferred.
✔ Candidates residing in Nashik or willing to relocate to Nashik are encouraged to apply.
