Role Overview:
A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, handle inquiries, generate leads, or provide support. They act as the voice of the company and play a key role in customer engagement and sales.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
JOB TIMING- 9:30-7:30
SALARY- 7.5K - 8.5K
QUALIFICATION- MUST BE GRADUATED
