With a strong presence in international and domestic sales, our team handles large volumes of orders daily. We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our growing back-end operations team.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in various software tools as per company instructions
- Generate shipping labels using courier/shipping company software
- Process and manage orders on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and order statuses
- Ensure timely and error-free data input for smooth workflow coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse and order packing team for order fulfillment
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Prior experience in data entry or e-commerce operations is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
