JD - Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max)
● Focus on lead generation campaigns with clear CPL and ROI targets
● Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page alignment
● Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
● Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion pixels
● A/B test ad copies, extensions, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
● Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
● Coordinate with sales and content teams to align ads with business goals
● Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies Required Skills & Experience
● Good hands-on experience with Google Ads
● Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (Good if from IT Company)
● Strong understanding of keyword intent, Quality Score, and bidding strategies
● Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
● Ability to manage budgets and optimize cost per lead
● Strong analytical and reporting skills
● Experience with landing page optimization
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
