Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Language Trainer to teach IELTS, PTE, German, or French to students preparing for higher education, work, or immigration abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their desired language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline and online training sessions for IELTS, PTE, German, or French.
- Prepare lesson plans and training schedules according to students' learning requirements.
- Train students in all language modules:
- IELTS/PTE: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- German/French: Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Grammar, and Vocabulary
- Conduct regular mock tests, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their scores.
- Help students develop grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and performance records.
- Resolve students' academic queries and offer one-on-one mentoring when required.
- Prepare and update study materials, worksheets, presentations, and practice exercises.
- Conduct demo classes for prospective students whenever required.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team regarding student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS, PTE, German, and French exam patterns, curriculum changes, and teaching techniques.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
- Excellent command of English, German, or French (as applicable).
- Previous experience in IELTS, PTE, German, or French training is preferred.
- Relevant language certification (if applicable) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other online teaching platforms.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and online teaching
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
