Position: Site Project Manager

Manage restaurant construction, renovation, and fit-out projects from start to completion.

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.

Conduct regular site visits and oversee day-to-day construction activities.

Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions when required.

Verify material quality, installation standards, and work completion milestones.

Coordinate handover activities and ensure project readiness before restaurant opening.

Maintain project documentation, reports, approvals, and contractor records.

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

6–8 years of experience in project management, construction, interior fit-outs, or restaurant/hospitality projects.

Strong knowledge of restaurant fit-out, MEP coordination, and interior finishing works.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel across restaurant locations as required.

Experience in restaurant, hospitality projects.

Familiarity with project planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
-
Experience handling pre-opening restaurant projects is an added advantage.
