Are you a finance professional who understands both Retail Operations & Manufacturing Accounting?
Roop Vatika is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who can take complete ownership of accounting, taxation, inventory control, production costing, and financial MIS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate books of accounts.
- Manage sales, purchases, expenses, receivables & payables.
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank management.
- Monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Vendor payment planning and outstanding management.
Manufacturing Accounting
- Monitor raw material, WIP & finished goods inventory.
- Track production costs, material consumption and wastage.
- Prepare and monitor product/job-wise costing.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Merchandising teams for cost control.
- Analyse manufacturing variances and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Retail Accounting
- Monitor store-wise sales, expenses, collections & deposits.
- Daily/weekly/monthly retail sales reconciliation.
- Store stock reconciliation and inventory movement monitoring.
- Analyse store-wise profitability and performance.
- Monitor discounts, returns, credit notes and other retail transactions.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- GST reconciliation and coordination with consultants.
- Support audits and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial dashboards.
- Store-wise and business-segment-wise profitability analysis.
- Prepare cash flow, receivable/payable and expense reports.
- Provide financial insights to management for better business decisions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
✔ 5+ years of relevant experience in Retail + Manufacturing Accounting
✔ Strong knowledge of Inventory & Cost Accounting
✔ Hands-on experience with GST & TDS
✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Accounting ERP
✔ Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
✔ Experience in Fashion / Garment / Apparel / Lifestyle industry will be an advantage
✔ Ability to independently manage the accounts function and lead a team
YOUR ROLE MATTERS
This is not just a bookkeeping role. You will be responsible for helping management maintain financial accuracy, inventory discipline, cost control, profitability visibility and business growth across our retail and manufacturing operations.
