We are seeking a knowledgeable and disciplined Trainer to deliver high-quality training in financial markets and trading, combining theory, live market application, and psychological skill-building. The Trainer will play a key role in shaping students into confident and responsible market participants.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
- Deliver structured training sessions on:
- Indian & International Financial Markets
- Equity, Derivatives, Currencies & Commodities
- Technical & Fundamental Analysis
- Trading Strategies and Risk Management
- Market Psychology & Discipline
- Conduct live market sessions and practical demonstrations
- Customize teaching methods based on student skill levels
Student Engagement & Mentorship
- Mentor students during live trading floor sessions
- Provide individual and group feedback
- Track student progress and learning outcomes
- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct quizzes, practical assessments, and mock trading sessions
- Evaluate student performance and readiness
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for batch planning
- Share training schedules, attendance, and session reports
- Support seminars, workshops, webinars, and demo sessions
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in trading, training, or market-related roles
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage
- Proven practical market exposure preferred
