Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to promising businesses that may fit Makia Capital's investment strategy.
- Conduct initial screening of companies based on revenue, profitability, ownership, funding history, and other investment eligibility criteria.
- Research companies, promoters, and key decision-makers.
- Enrich company databases with financial information, management details, contact information, and relevant market data.
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and schedules.
- Coordinate conversations with founders, promoters, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organised trackers for prospective investments, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in reaching out to founders, promoters, and senior business leaders.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to assess business models, industry dynamics, and commercial potential.
- Ability to evaluate companies using defined investment criteria.
- A proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused approach.
Preferred Background
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, financial research, consulting, founder's office, corporate finance, or business development will be preferred.
A degree in finance, economics, commerce, business administration, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
