About the Role
Build and ship the predictive models at the heart of our product — forecasting and risk prediction on large, real-world operational data. You will own models across their full lifecycle, from raw data through to production monitoring, and your work will directly shape decisions made on operational systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Model development. Design, train, and evaluate ML models for time-series and tabular problems, including forecasting, risk classification, and anomaly detection.
- Data & feature pipelines. Build and maintain reproducible pipelines over large, multi-year operational datasets.
- Rigorous experimentation. Lead feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning, validated with sound, leakage-free evaluation.
- Productionization & MLOps. Ship models as APIs and batch jobs, with versioning, automated retraining, and drift and performance monitoring.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Partner with backend and data engineers on data quality, schemas, and serving infrastructure.
- Communication. Translate operational problems into measurable ML objectives and communicate results clearly to non-ML stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years building and shipping ML models in production — not just notebooks.
- Strong Python and the core stack: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, plus at least one of XGBoost / LightGBM or PyTorch / TensorFlow.
- Solid grounding in statistics, ML fundamentals, and evaluation — cross-validation, metrics, overfitting, and data leakage.
- Hands-on experience with time-series and/or tabular forecasting on large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with messy, real-world data.
- Experience deploying and monitoring models with Docker, a major cloud platform, and basic MLOps tooling.
Nice to Have
- Production MLOps tooling such as MLflow and Kubernetes.
- Optimization or operations research exposure — mixed-integer programming, constraint solvers.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
