Job Summary
We are hiring an Operation Executive to manage back office operations, insurance documentation, claim coordination, and branch administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back office and operational activities
- Handle insurance documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate claim processing and maintain claim-related records
- Follow up on pending claims and support customer query resolution
- Prepare MIS reports, operational data, and branch statements
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of policies and claims
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in operations, back office, or claim handling
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer operations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
