Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.Lead the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and exit formalities.Oversee payroll management, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.), and HRMS systems.Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development initiatives.Provide support and guidance to department heads on HR-related matters.Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and legal requirements.Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training needs) and provide reports to management.Mentor and guide the HR team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
