Key Responsibilities

Support the Finance team with daily operational and administrative activities.

Assist in processing and reviewing financial documents, including invoices, payment requests, claims, and supporting records.

Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documentation.

Assist with account reconciliations, data entry, and preparation of basic financial reports.

Support monitoring and follow-up of payment- and billing-related matters with internal stakeholders and external parties, where required.

Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of supporting schedules.

Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and ad hoc financial analysis.

Ensure finance documentation is maintained in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements.

Participate in process-improvement initiatives and other ad hoc projects assigned by the Finance team.
Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.

Able to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
