We are looking for a Vibe Coder / AI-Assisted Developer who can leverage modern AI coding tools to build, test, debug, and improve web applications and software solutions rapidly.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands software development fundamentals but also knows how to use AI effectively to accelerate development — turning ideas, requirements, and prompts into clean, functional, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build websites, web applications, internal tools, APIs, and software solutions using AI-assisted development workflows.
- Use AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms to accelerate development.
- Convert business requirements and ideas into functional prototypes and production-ready applications.
- Write, review, modify, and optimize AI-generated code.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues independently.
- Ensure AI-generated code follows proper security, performance, scalability, and coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs, databases, payment gateways, and other external services.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Work with existing codebases and improve or extend existing applications.
- Test applications, identify bugs, and implement fixes.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, developers, and other team members.
- Rapidly prototype new features and proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development.
- Stay updated with emerging AI coding tools, development frameworks, and automation techniques.
- Document important technical decisions, workflows, and implementations.
Required Skills
- Good understanding modern web development.
- Familiarity with frontend/backend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Laravel, Node.js, or equivalent.
- Understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand, review, and correct AI-generated code rather than blindly relying on it.
- Strong prompt-writing and AI interaction skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
2–4 years of experience in software development, web development, AI-assisted development, or a related field.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
