About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Manager to drive business growth through sales of educational solutions to schools and institutions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B school/institutional sales, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
-Business Development & Sales
-Identify and acquire new schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, and academic partners within the assigned territory.
-Generate leads, conduct meetings, and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
-Product Demonstrations & Presentations
-Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations for school management, principals, trustees, and decision-makers.
-Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.
-Address customer queries and provide suitable solutions based on institutional requirements.
-Relationship Management
-Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, management teams, and key stakeholders.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
-Regularly follow up with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting & Coordination
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
-Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
-Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
-3–6 years of experience in B2B School Sales, Institutional Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Solutions Sales.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
-Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Experience in conducting product demos and stakeholder presentations.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
-Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
