Position: Sous Chef

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards as per hotel policies.
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Support menu planning and introduce innovative dishes when required.
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
