Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to handle end-to-end inventory and stores operations in a manufacturing setup. The role involves managing raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock levels, uninterrupted production, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory of raw materials, WIP & finished goods
* Ensure accurate stock records, cycle counts & physical audits
* Define and monitor reorder levels, safety stock & FIFO
* Coordinate with production & procurement for material planning
* Avoid stock-outs and excess inventory
* Handle warehouse operations, storage & material movement
* Maintain 5S, safety & compliance standards
* Prepare MIS reports, stock analysis & inventory KPIs
* Implement SOPs and process improvements
* Work on ERP systems like SAP ERP
* Coordinate with vendors & logistics teams
* Lead and manage store & warehouse staff

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
