Key Responsibilities:
Analyze learner data to identify engagement trends and churn risks
Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics (NPS, usage,
engagement)
Work closely with the Customer Success Team to generate actionable insights
Develop automated reports to support timely decision-making
Perform A/B tests on engagement strategies and assess outcomes
Skills Required:
Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a customer-facing role is a plus
Ability to translate data into actionable business insight
