Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule
- Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety standards
- Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Handle on-site issues, conflicts, and emergencies effectively
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
- Inspect work regularly and report progress to management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–7 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read drawings and technical documents
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
