Position Title: AC Technician
Industry: HVAC & MEPF Services
Location: Head Office: Ring Road, Surat & Project Sites: Various locations across Gujarat
Qualification:
- ITI (Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Electrical)
- Or minimum 3–4 years of relevant field experience
Experience: 3–4 Years in HVAC or AC installation, maintenance & repair
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skill level)
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning:
- Install split, cassette, ductable, and VRF/VRV AC systems at client/project sites
- Perform commissioning and functional testing of AC/HVAC systems
- Follow layout drawings and installation plans accurately
Service, Maintenance & Repair:
- Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance of AC systems
- Diagnose faults in refrigeration, electrical, or control systems
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and meet required standards
On-Site Support & Client Handling:
- Visit client sites for service calls and urgent breakdowns
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and explain resolutions
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs and proper documentation
Reporting & Safety:
- Maintain records of service jobs, tools used, and parts replaced
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on electrical and mechanical systems
- Report any major issues to senior technicians or project engineers
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, gauges, and safety procedures
- Physically fit and capable of working in field/site environments
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
