- Candidates from construction or infrastructures back ground will be preferred.

- Should have in depth knowledge of all Statutory compliances of all the states in India.
- Should be willing to travel to sites if needed.
- Make Salary Sheets and do payments timely.
- Manage All Room Rents across India given to our staff.
- Labor Law Compliance - Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and Industrial Disputes Act. Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly
- Payroll & Statutory Deductions Ensure accurate processing of PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and Gratuity. Timely deposit of statutory contributions and filing of returns
- Employee Provident Fund (EPF) & ESI Compliance Register eligible employees under EPF & ESI schemes.
- Ensure correct PF & ESI deductions and timely remittances. Address employee queries and claims related to PF withdrawals, ESI benefits, and pension schemes
- Should be able to file the Returns of PF & ESIC individually.
- Gratuity, leave & Bonus Administration Manage employee eligibility under the Payment of Gratuity Act.
- Ensure compliance with the Payment of Bonus Act and process payments accordingly
- Minimum Wages & Equal Remuneration Compliance Ensure all employees receive salaries as per the Minimum Wages Act. Monitor compliance with the Equal Remuneration Act to avoid wage discrimination.
- Taxation & Compliance Filings Deduct and deposit TDS on salaries. Issue Form 16 to employees and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Government Liaison & Legal Coordination Coordinate with government bodies like EPFO, ESIC, and the Labour Department. Assist in handling labor disputes and legal compliance cases
- Should have Knowledge of Workmen Compensation Act / BOCW
- Working on Tally, will be an added advant
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
