Hiring: CRM / Customer Coordinator
Location: Noida phase 2
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Salary :Upto 35,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM / Customer Coordinator who can efficiently manage customer communication, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely execution of customer requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills with prior experience in customer service or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requirements
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts teams
Provide timely updates regarding order status and delivery schedules
Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems
Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure
Handle payment follow-ups with customers
Coordinate customer complaint resolution with concerned departments
Prepare reports, customer correspondence, and status updates
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:

Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Industry:
Manufacturing / Transformers / CRGO Industry
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
