- Experience: Prior work experience as a housekeeper or in a hospitality leadership role.
- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, create shift schedules, and arrange staff replacements during absences.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supplies, manage equipment upkeep, and reorder stock when needed.
- Training and Support: Train new hires on safety rules, proper chemical usage, and cleaning techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
