Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IAM Specialist with hands-on experience in the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, access governance, user lifecycle management, and security best practices. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant access management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support IAM solutions using the Saviynt platform.
- Manage user identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access certifications.
- Develop and maintain workflows, connectors, business rules, and customizations within Saviynt.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Saviynt using APIs, connectors, and provisioning mechanisms.
- Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access request workflows.
- Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to implement IAM controls.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Java, or JavaScript where required.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project deliverables.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with the Saviynt Identity Governance platform.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including:
- User Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Access Request Management
- Access Certification
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Provisioning and De-provisioning
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies, including SSO, MFA, LDAP, Active Directory, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with Saviynt.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and security compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Relevant certifications in Saviynt, IAM, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Security are an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Pay: ₹544,849.92 - ₹1,570,832.14 per year
