We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure that deadlines are met and costs are kept within budget.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that workmanship meets industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction workers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
