Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Carrier Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new carrier accounts, building strategic partnerships, and managing the complete sales cycle. This is a pure hunting role focused on generating new business, closing high-value deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the telecom industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of delivering consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new domestic and international telecom carriers.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with carrier partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, contract closure, and account onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and business terms with carrier partners.
- Drive business growth while maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's global network.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Carrier Sales, International Telecom Sales, Carrier Relations, or a similar B2B telecom sales role.
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry and carrier ecosystem.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Existing relationships with domestic and international telecom carriers will be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and account management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience working with international telecom operators or carrier networks.
- Established network of carrier contacts across global markets.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
