Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA, MSW, BBA, Marketing, Public Relations, Development Studies, or CSR preferred)
- Certification in Fundraising, CSR, or NGO Management will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated CSR Business Development Executive to develop and implement fundraising strategies, establish partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, donors, and philanthropic organizations, and secure financial support for the Foundation's social initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, proposal writing, and relationship management skills.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in NGO fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor relations, business development, or grant management preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication, networking, and proposal writing skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support Foundation programs.
- Identify and approach corporate organizations for CSR partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Research and apply for government, national, and international grants.
- Prepare compelling proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, and funding applications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, philanthropists, and funding agencies.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with prospective donors.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and charity events.
- Maintain donor records, reports, funding pipelines, and partnership documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project funding requirements.
- Monitor fundraising targets and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Represent the Foundation at networking events, conferences, CSR forums, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements and organizational policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in NGO fundraising, CSR, grants, sponsorship, or business development.
- Strong understanding of CSR regulations, donor engagement, and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term corporate and institutional relationships.
- Confident in public speaking and conducting client presentations.
- Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, fundraising events, and partnership development when required.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
