Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
- Update customer information using MS Excel and other tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
