Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise PeopleSoft environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the stability and security of PeopleSoft applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
- Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, patching, and system maintenance activities.
- Manage PeopleSoft Web, Application, and Process Scheduler servers.
- Administer WebLogic and Oracle Database environments supporting PeopleSoft.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Support Integration Broker, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware components.
- Manage migrations and change deployments across environments.
- Implement security administration, user access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Automate administrative tasks and support system optimization initiatives.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Administration experience.
- Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PUM Updates, and PeopleSoft Architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Database Administration and WebLogic Server.
- Knowledge of Java (Core Java/J2EE) and integration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Broker and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and release management.
- Relevant Oracle/PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.
