Relationship Manager – Home Loan / Loan Against Property
We are urgently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan and LAP business through open market, referrals, connectors, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of cases.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain MIS and daily sales reports.
- Cross-sell other banking and financial products when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Basic understanding of banking documentation and compliance.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/Finance preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or LAP sales.
- Good market knowledge and customer network.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Salary : upto 4.5 LPA
