Position: Finishing Supervisor
Location: Thane
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all finishing activities at the construction site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise activities such as plastering, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, putty, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, carpentry, and other finishing works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other teams.
- Plan and allocate daily work to workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
- Check the quality of materials and completed work.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, and other site activities.
- Monitor daily progress and report delays or site-related issues to management.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing works as per the project schedule.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Prepare and close snag lists before final handover of completed areas.
Experience
- Experience in construction finishing works, preferably in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
- Ability to independently supervise workers and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of finishing drawings and site execution.
