About the Role
As a Membership Sales Executive at Kris Gethin Gyms, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, delivering a premium customer experience, and helping prospective members begin their fitness transformation journey. You will manage leads, conduct club tours, understand client needs, and convert enquiries into long-term memberships while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly membership sales and revenue targets.
- Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, WhatsApp leads, referrals, and digital leads.
- Conduct professional gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and transformation programs.
- Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable membership options.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Generate referrals from existing members.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and local businesses to generate new leads.
- Coordinate with trainers and the front desk to ensure a smooth member onboarding experience.
- Participate in promotional events, outdoor activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all membership plans, offers, and add-on services.

- Monthly membership revenue achieved.
- Number of memberships sold.
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Daily follow-ups completed.
- Appointments scheduled and attended.
- CRM accuracy and discipline.

Qualifications
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass may be considered with relevant experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, real estate, or premium sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Employment Terms
- Starting Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
- Salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and interview performance.
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break).
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week with 1 weekly off.
