Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior SEO Executive to manage and improve the company’s organic search performance. The candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing SEO strategies, improving website rankings, increasing website traffic, and generating quality leads through organic search.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Conduct regular website audits and resolve SEO-related issues.
- Manage backlink building activities and improve domain authority.
- Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO implementation.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and prepare monthly SEO reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Work on improving website speed, mobile optimization, and user experience.
- Handle local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of WordPress and website structure.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and schema markup preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or related field.
- SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, herbal, or e-commerce industry preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Result-oriented and data-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
